Very Noob Question
How i can send a system message to a player that i cant be seen by other players?
You cant. On a server, everybody who didnt block messages, can see what you wrote.
And there is any other messagin mode to this?
Not on a server, no.

There are PMs on the forum and messages on LFSW.

Dont really know what you want.
I want to send a message tru insim that only can be seen by one player. Like in stcc servers.
im not sure what you could use via Insim. but in the actual server you can use sky messages.

/rcm MESSAGE :set a Race Control Message to be sent
/rcm_ply USERNAME :send the RCM to USERNAME
/rcm_all :send the RCM to all
/rcc_ply USERNAME :clear USERNAME's RCM
/rcc_all :clear all RCMs
THX man, but it looks like it is not a very noob question, cuz i don't want to send Race Control Messages. I wanna send system messages like
/msg message

But i have to be readable by only one player, and invisible for others.
Take a look at the InSim documentation, for this packet type (line 238 of InSim.txt):

struct MsgToConn // 64 chars - send to LFS and on to a chosen connection (0 = host)
{
char Id [4]; // MTC + zero
byte Conn; // connection
byte UniqueId; // destination player UniqueId : if set, Conn is ignored
byte Sp2;
byte Sp3;
char Msg [64]; // text message or /command, must end with zero
};

It should do what you want, if memory serves me correctly.
Ur memory serves U correctly
THX mate, that's what i need
