Yes they can be a member of a participating team but you must be able to attend most of the rounds. If you are racing in a event then you cannot be a offical.

The roll of the offical would be just making sure every thing runs smoothly
with the admin/clerk of course (me) if for some reason i cannot make it to the round the offical will take the roll as the admin.

OK if no one else comes forward I'll offer to help out but I'll miss 1 or 2 because I'll be racing. Shouldn't be a prob to get someone else to fill in. Will be good just to spec
