Everytime I load up my game, and click multiplayer, and then view all races or whatever it is, it keeps on saying "Connection to Master Server" and it never does.

Whats up with that?

Firewall?
nope, I turned off my firewall and tryied it
Does your ISP do any filtering, or port blocking at all? If you don't know, then it might be worth asking them, or posting your ISP's name.

If you run a traceroute to master.liveforspeed.net (start > run, type "cmd", click ok, type "tracert master.liveforspeed.net" and hit enter) does it resolve to an IP address? If so, does it stop inside the blueyonder network (i.e. does the last server it can successfully trace end in blueyonder.co.uk)?
I have this problem and it seems to be between 6.30pm and 10.30pm everyday. Pissing me off! In the in game mplayer screen I always get "no reply from master server" and when I use join2lfs it says "waiting for track info- did not receive track info".

My ISP is Toucan.

I tried the cmd thing and the last three pings that work end in bluyonder.co.uk. These were pings 8, 9 and 10 then 11-30 all timed out. Does this indicate it's ok?

Any other things I can try? Turning firewalls on/off makes no difference.

I tried ringing them and he did some kind of reset in the command prompt but that did nothing. He then said ring back when your not having the problem :/

When I do the run thing on mine and type in tracert master.liveforspeed.net and press enter, it skips to the next line.

am I doing something wrong?

From that it sounds like your ISP is likely to be oversubscribed, or they throttle / packet shapre during "peak" hours.

Shouldnt do.. Does it output any text at all? What operating system are you running?

Assuming any recent (2000+) version of Windows, it should output something like:
C:\>tracert master.liveforspeed.net

If you're running linux, or any unix derivative, it'll be the "traceroute" command you're looking for, and will have similar output.
