Is there a way to assign increase and decrease buttons to the live settings (brake bias and front and rear arbs)? I have a button box built from a joystick and would be good to be able to tweak these settings using it instead of the F11 menu.

Yes it is possible, I have done it with my G25's buttons and d-pad on it.

Read here: http://www.lfsforum.net/showthread.php?p=229120 You need to have the latest U test patches installed to use the binding features. All later patches will have this feature, so start customizing (It is under the "Text Keys" section in the controller button assignments area)
