There's always someone that doesn't show up, so it's probably ok.
About the login problem, I don't think the registration system likes the use of - in usernames. I'll change it to just derFLO. You can still use the other one as the display name, just not the login name.

How much time you need per events? I´ve came up with something around 2-3hours, is that right?

10min practise
15min qualifing
roughly 45min Race

1hour and 10mins

Ah ok, well i added the whole thing,

- 10min Practise
- 15min Qualifing (gets split into 2 groups A & B)
- +/-40 min = 20 lap group A (grid positions from qual)
- +/-40 min = 20 lap group A (reversed grid positions from qual)
- +/-40 min = 20 lap group B (grid positions from qual)
- +/-40 min = 20 lap group B (reversed grid positions from qual)
- +/-60 min = 30 lap Final A & B (top 50% from each group go into the final)

Which would be around 3-4 hours. is there any soace free at the moment?
