Hi.

This is really annoying.
I have a really old email, and i want to change it so i can receive the unlock code.
However after one week, i have the "set a new email address" option, and when i put the new email, it sais:
Avoided multiple emails

Please wait a few seconds

What do i do? Thank you.

Yes. Somehow i have a demo account that i forgot about it and it is registered with the email i want to use on my S3 account. How do i delete that one? My demo account name is: Viodemo

Unless Scawen removes the actual account;

What you can do is to just use another e-mail address on your demo account, which will be freeing the e-mail you want to use on your s3 account.

You could use a disposable e-mail, here's an example of one:

although, e-mail won't be a recovery option available later on lol
Hi. I've changed the email address on the other account to free it up, however, everything went well, but when i go to the Viodemo account, it is still the old email address, even if i changed it.
The new email is it taken now, and it is not shown on any account...
What do i do?

Did you confirm the e-mail address change as well? You'll receive an e-mail from LFS where you need to confirm that you are the owner of the account.
If you want to change the email on the demo account, it has to be a valid email so you can confirm the change.

If you don't want the demo account any more, you need to write to us using the contact us link. We'll need to reply to you on that email to verify that you are the genuine owner of the account to be deleted.

After the demo account is deleted then your email should be ready to use.
By the way, the "Avoided multiple emails" message could come up if you entered your email too quickly after clicking "set new email address". It's not related to avoiding the storage of multiple email addresses, it is about avoiding sending emails too quickly.

That was due to a spam prevention, but it was overactive at that point, an oversight which I have now fixed.

But by the sound of things, that is not really the main issue encountered by ViorelP which is that the email address he wants to use is currently bound to a demo account, so that account needs to be deleted or its email changed.

EDIT: In that case, the relevant message is "The email address is already in use."
