After the third race in Fern Bay, our 2025 season is now half way through. The final Fern Bay combo was a tough one claiming many victims along the way and only five cars finished on the lead lap. 20 drivers were brave enough to set a laptime during qualifying but only 16 of them started the race.

Fastest of the qualifiers was Suforr who scored his third ARC pole position. He was accompanied on the first row by Gabri. On the second row it was jsk in third and Thehemuli fourth, only 0.02s behind. Motimoukari completed the top five being the last driver to set a lap below 1:06.

For the top five the start was quite uneventful with the only position change being uNite claiming fifth from Motimoukari, who would go on to clash with Madjester later in the lap causing them to tumble down the order. Gabri was giving Suforr some pressure, but folded himself at the start of lap 3 and retiring after a hard contact with the walls. It looked like Suforr would cruise away for an easy victory, but he decided to perform a drive-through of the pitlane on lap 3 which made him drop to P4. The new leading trio of jsk, Thehemuli and uNite were 5 seconds clear of Suforr who begun to slowly chip away on their lead. uNite was the first to fall due to his own mistake, dropping to P4 after a spin. Thehemuli was caught and overtaken by Suforr on lap 14 and jsk fell victim to a similar move only two laps later. Thehemuli also overtook jsk on lap 16 and held P2 firmly before spinning on lap 22 and falling down to P5, promoting Rony to P4. Meanwhile uNite had passed jsk for P2, but he would lose it back on lap 33 after a mistake in T1. jsk obviously felt bad and returned the favor by making a similar mistake on lap 39 switching the positions back to previous. After that the top five looked set, but on the last lap disaster struck: Suforr lost connection only 30 seconds before he would cross the finish line and timed out. This gifted the win to uNite who takes his third win in ARC. jsk was second with Thehemuli completing the podium. Rony was fourth and Motimoukari held it together after lap 1 incident and made a solid comeback form P13 to fifth.

With all of the Fern Bay rounds completed, we have to take a look at the quarterly standings to see who gets to select the track environment for next three rounds. Thehemuli scored 42 points, beating both uNite and Motimoukari by five points. Find out tomorrow which track environment was chosen when ARC 2025 round 7 info is posted!
