Pitting rules:

Race requires a minimum time spent in pitstall of 10 seconds. That can be done either with single pitstop or sum of multiple pitstops. Driver who has spent less time will receive penalty time added to his finish time,which will be calculated by tripling the missing time to complete neccesary minimum time and adding additional 5 seconds. Drivers failing to pit at all will receive 1 minute penalty added to finish time (10s*3 + additional 30s).

Race statistics / Event rating and other statistics (will be updated during the week)

Before this race FXR was the least popular car when looking at RTFR XL history stats,as it's sole race was attended by just 9 drivers. This race gathered up 3 more,which puts FXR now for a tie for 19th place in the attendance chart. So - relatively low attendance,not much of an action? Think again - there was a plenty of racing for positions,unexpected turns of situations and driver misjudges,including final lap drama in race for win!

Botsi led majority of the race,but still needed an extra pitstop as his tyre went out with 4 laps to go. One might think chances for win are over,but no - Fast was too uncautios with his car,had an ill handling car for late stage of the race,which eventually cost him the victory - Botsi passed for lead in the final corner of the race and picked up 3rd race win in row and 8th overall. He set also the fastest lap in qualifying,scoring 8th of those too,while the top5 finish was his 11th. Despite handling problems late in race,Fast had a fast car during the race as he set fastest lap of the race around it's midpoint - that's his 5th achievement of this kind (2nd most),while it was also his 5th top5 finish. The 3rd S1dus member in this race R.Kardol wasn't fast enough to challenge his 2 teammates,but still was considerably faster than the rest of competition - he finished 3rd and last on lead lap,scoring his 13th top5 finish (tied 2nd most). J.A.Katila finished 4th and also scored his 13th top5 finish,but Simox was the fastest of all those without previous victory in this event in 5th place - 5th top5 finish for him.

* FUN FACT OF THE MONTH :
Oval is known for very close finishes,so it's no wonder of having oval combo at the top of closest finishes,but this race now settled itself into RTFR XL history as the 2nd closest finish with just 0.45 seconds gap between top 2. It's also the first sub-second finish outside oval tracks in RTFR XL,while it's also the first margin of victory below 5 seconds on road/street courses.

* CLOCK PITTER OF THE RACE :
Maciek was the only driver in this race with workless pitstop,which already grants this mention. But his 10.20 seconds pitstop was the 2nd shortest overall too - Fast had slightly faster refuelling pitstop.

* FIELD RUSHER OF THE RACE :
If in last race Redbot took this and the clock pitter mentions,in this race it's a different RGA member - Maciek was also the best gaining positions between start and finish. He started 10th and finished 6th advancing 4 positions. His teammate Rony also had a +4 result,but lower finish put's him just 2nd best in this chart.

* HONORABLE MENTION :
When looking at the fastest laps chart of this race,J.Katila was faster than his father,but he obviously lost focus on this race and finished last. Maybe next time driver should set focus on gaining positions rather than complaining about being bored - who knows how races develop,might have been solid 4th place finish here...

In 4 weeks a car will return to RTFR XL action that hasn't been used since 4th RTFR XL 3 years ago - the front wheel driven GT machine XFR. Coincidentally it will return in the same track it was used before - Aston,but this time the longer Grand Touring configuration will be used. The sub 3 minutes lap will make that race 27 laps long. But already next week normal RTFR will return with street legal car racing - more details in this weekend!
