I think it looks like a problem with the shaders. As if they are missing or not compatible with your graphics card.

yeah i dowloaded from our website, i have the 1070

could be irrelevant or a sign but unless you have your fps locked,its showing low fps for a 1070,could it a driver or directx sided issue, only a guess

I also have that problem too and download it from the page and now I use version 0.6E
