I updated my game to the unofficial patch, but now I want to return it to the official plus I do not want to lose anything I have, what can I do?

You can install fresh version of game and copy your skins/setups/dds folders or whatever you want to the fresh game.

Install a fresh version of LFS somewhere else than your current LFS folder, rename the exe to something like "LFS_Old.exe" and copy & paste it in your current LFS folder.
