when i launch lfs its a black screen, i can hear noise in the background. ive deleted the config but still no help,anyone have a solution...?

Noise = music in the menu?
Or noise = sound of cars when you join a race, meaning the menu displays normal but in race it turns black?
Needs more details..some common problems:
-check/install graphic card drivers
-test if other games/3D software works
-plug monitor into correct port (into graphics card, not the mainboard's onboard graphics)
-check/install directX
-Press shift+F12 to toggle between windowed and fullscreen mode. Maybe it changes something.
