Detect track change and lobby
I was wondering if it's possible to detect when the race ends to check if you're in the lobby (after the countdown), and to detect when someone changes the track.

I was hoping the IS_STA packet would provide me with this information, but that's not what I'm looking for.

What I'm planning to do is, I want to detect if the race has ended, and then change the track via the InSim app, and once the track is done loading to load a specific layout.

Suggestions are welcome.
Another annoying thing I can't figure out is the JRR requests. I get two NPL packets when a player joins the race, but both have NumP zero. How am I supposed to see which one is a request, and which one isn't?
Hmm, just checked how I do this and it turns out I just watch for the server chat message "Track loaded".
That sounds like a good solution (if there's no packet with this information).

Is this message Always in English if you're using DCON?
Sounds like this is needed as an InSim Packet. So we know ... might be a good idea to make an RFC for that information.
