For example when i press Insert button, the application start lights in lfs.

Yes. In fact there is an application called LFS Strobe that does exactly that. Though it is very old and may not work anymore or maybe there is a better application nowadays.

There are also download links there for LFS Cops and LFS Strobe. They all achieve roughly the same effect but TCLights is the simplest by far.

It sends keypresses. Easy to do if you know any .Net programing language.
