If i buy an LFS S2 license, Is there any possibility that my real life bro can use my account (yes same ip), or do i get banned for it?

From the terms and conditions:

You may install S1 or S2 on 2 computers for your own use or to race a friend on a Local Network.

So it looks like you are allowed to unlock on your brothers computer if you want to play against him on the local network.

You wont be able to go online for multiplayer on both computers at the same time though.
