In your display properties. start>settings>control panel>display, somewhere in there, depends on what card you have.

Get ATI Tray Tools (google it) and set up a profile so that the AA and AF is applied when LFS.exe is run. This way you don't have to have the settings on all the time which could impact performance in newer, more demanding games.
