Link is fine but there are 140 WRs missing in the zip file. Some like BF1 on SO2,3,rev for example. I believe it should contain 940 replays if I remember correctly.
With the coming official Westhill release and old Westhill WR replays probably getting wiped, this is one of the last chances to download most up to date and complete 940/940 WRs. Please look into if you can make them fully "complete" part
