IS_STA->NumConns inconsistent [FIXED in 0.6E14]
After you disconnect from a remote host, NumConns reported by IS_STA is 0, while if you disconnect from your ingame host it will be 1, same as when LFS is just started.
I know that NumConns doesn't make much sense while offline, but this bug (inconsistency) causes few other little bugs like for example thing that chat output stop working after disconnected from a remote host (while NumConns is 0), while ingame server will make it work again (NumConns=1).
