no, not yet at least. what I've found on google tough is that it has to be active or something to work for eyefinity. but maybe you should search further on google and youtube for reviews and such.

I'm not sure about the one that you posted there. I got a brand name adapter for my setup ($30), and it works. DP -> DVI Single link active adapter does not require a USB connection. Note that single link DVI only goes up to 1080p, so if you are planning to drive a 27" monitor at higher resolutions, this may not be the best option.

Just recieved the adapter. I can not find a way to have 3rd screen in windows, only any 2 of them.
But in linux I can have 3 screens.

Just received another one, for $8.88 this time. Its called "DisplayPort Male DP to VGA Active Video cable 10cm support ATI Eyefinity 3 LCD".
Now eyefinity works ok.

if you had three screen's, why didn't you use Softh. It works for all games I have tested so far, using the 1.08 version, not the 2.x version.
