There are a few RB4 setups at Inferno (check my helful signature). The AS Historic one will probably be okay for National, with only minor tweaking when you've got to the limit of this one...

I have that set but i jsut can't seem to get under 2.10~ish. Gotta learn how to make tweaks that don't come out ridiculous

I'm doing 2.10.00 flat i need 09s or 8s c'mon noone with a decent setup for National? not for Hist.

i know some drivers can do 08.30. i think the problem is in your head.
