Looking for some sort of manager game that is more endurance based. All the normal features plus driver swaps, managing fatigue, strategy, tires, pace, etc. But endurance based.

Le Mans 24 Hours on Playstation 1 is the closest one coming in mind...

There is no endurance game like this.

The last one I remember was on the spectrum and covered endurance bike racing. You could dust off an emulator and play Endurance by CRL.

There's probably something more modern on the web somewhere, but I've not seen it.

I'm thinking it's more an abbreviation of "Beiber I'd like to ****".

MILF = Mom I'd Like to Fuck (out of many moms)

BILF = Beiber I'd Like to Fuck (out of many Beibers)


Conclusion: We have not one, but many Beibers.
