its pretty screwed up... showing drivers who are no longer on server as driving etc

I'm guessing your referring to the racer names with downsized backgrounds. Drivers who finished a race and then leave are still displayed, until the race restarts.

There's also a bug, some drivers' name and car swapped places. But of course I do not have evidence, but I'm pretty sure.
