I'm a very hyperactive guy. I always working on new project (except in 2011), making tests to understand how it works some textures to think in the next Addon (car or miscs), site, magazine (LFS Magazine). I really love to work on textures, hehehehe.

Looking for the photorealism for the second Addon and unconfirmed. Very, very difficult but possible.

NOTE: I'm not happy with some works I made. The LFS system has a lot of inconveniences and it mades a lot of strange things when I increase the size of the textures. Appears noise, strange distortions,.... It is very hard to try a balance.

I understand there are people don't like some works. I understand it perfectly.

I will try to increase the quality of the addons and decrease the time of the development. Difficult, hehehehe.

The reason to post this incomplete work. Obviously I see the option to restart all this work from scratch because reading some comments I see that I can make another style with better textures. Gives more realism and more variety on the scenary. And I see:" Well, I have an excuse to release the current work and I can re-work quiet with the files". Hehehehehe.

I love to share this work and see the ilusion on the people because it's my ilusion.
In the end this is your project, you chose what pace you want to work with and what is the goal of the project. So don't say sorry to us, if anything we should say sorry for putting the pressure on your shoulders in the first place

Take the time needed, do research and learn the things you want, and do it your way! I'll be lurking in the shadows and watching the project from the side line!

Btw! Are there some easy way to make the blackwood gravvel have the same textures and fern bay now? I love your gravvel textures!

I agree with you mate! The sand looks very great, but the transition, or the end of the sand where the grass starts looks a bit odd.

Have you seen the texture add-on "Sands of Fern Bay" ? Basically it turns the landscape into a desert theme. Maybe you should try that? With those great sand textures of yours and some sand hills in the background in propper ressolution could be a hit!

But what I don't like much at FE are the tarmac textures which look too perfect and new. Due to the fact that FE is at beach and so on a (very) little bit sand at the edge would be great or that the road looks a bit more older. I also don't like the brighter tarmac in the middle of the street, added screen to clear it a bit.

Of course all a matter of taste and it is still your project, just wanted to show my opinion Keep up the good work!

Hi, lrk-racer, how are you?

Before work on this addon, as all my works, I made a documentation.

I saw in a lot of photos that there are in the middle a brighter zone. I really think it is dirty. The texture is a real photo and I have added two textures more. The white line and the edge.

Of course I can see your suggestion very interesting and I didn't think to put sand on the edge, but this is related to the clear grass. Remember the compatibility with other textures, hehehehe. I mean if I add sand on the edge, obviously there are sand on the grass. It is difficult to made because LFS uses two textures for almost all the track. I will try it but I can't promise nothing.

About the "perfect and new tarmac", I agree with you and wildstyle. I will try to make something different.

I hope you will post, more times, with your opinion. ( And all people, of course).

Very interesting and very similar of the original LFS. Tropical and nearest of the desert in some parts. I remember a road movies, for example.

I was watching a lot of photos over this theme and I see everything is possible. Believe me.

It's as if Tilke went there and ordered inhabitants of FE to modernize. I love their old asphalt the way it is and those dodgy curbs in color they are and even the grass that looks a lot older than the redesigned one. I think you've lost your core here. All the other tracks you've done are just simply restored versions of the original tracks, like of the old car, you take it and make it look like brand new from factory and that is exactly what I liked about your work. This, this is just not restoration anymore.
i really like the fernbaypack, For me the track is a bit to bright. But thats just a taste of mine. Others love it maybe. was just a meaning from me. Otherwise keep it up lynce.

All the other tracks you've done are just simply restored versions of the original tracks, like of the old car, you take it and make it look like brand new from factory and that is exactly what I liked about your work. This, this is just not restoration anymore.

It is hard for me to understand your point of view. I see a contradiction and I don't understand what do you mean about "All other tracks you've done...".

This is my first work about a track. The rest of my artworks are just landscapes, skies and different things for cars.

I try to remade the textures respecting each part of the track(rocks, same colour for the bridge, the flags, advertising...). In the beginning I don't liked the idea to make an old track because the track looks like only for the road traffic. If there are races Fern Bay needs a maintenance just for the tarmac (the sand and the hot conditions degrade and clarifies the asphalt). I understand the grass has been cutted, even the grass on the hill. The curb is fragile (I mean the red and white curb). I think about all of this but I remember to the people, looking alot of photos that everything is possible, so I really want to try another style suggested by wildstyle, Bose, TVE and more guys.

ohh I'm sorry bro, i thought it was you who worked on aston, kyoto etc.. it was a long time ago, as far as i can remember now it was some turkish guy, pardon me eh. The thing is they kept exact same color of curbs for example, just more detailed, whilst you changed it from fern bay color to gray, or asphalt color, it's brightened. Well, I mean a lot of people like the way you've done it, mind you, I'll keep the original colors.
In my opinion the FE curbs could be in new colors, what about green/yellow/black or any other color that fits in the Jamaica'n theme :}

Hello guys,

this is great work Lynce! I just have some question and suggestion. Please don´t complain about my English grammar

Question: How does affect changing textures automatic racing path generation done by lfs? I mean that path made by rubber which is automatically generated by the game.

Suggestion: How about make textures with like that ideal racing path more lighter ? I know it should be pain in ass to do it but if it´s lot of work just leave it. It should look better with more contrast with that automatic generated rubber path.

From looking on a screenshots with this revolution pack I´ll call that tarmac texture little bit monotonous cause it triggered in me memories of Collin McRae Rally 2, :P Thats my suggestion
