I was wondering if there is a possibility to deny players to start a race or a qualifying. In my case, only the server (InSim) should be able to use those commands.

You can set how long until they can, otherwise try airio it should have it.

The problem with the time is, that the maximum is not high enough for my purposes

Isn't there any possibilty to disable that in the server configuration?
