It's the same original screenshot he used for Round 6: Aquaplaning. The editing is slightly different but the base picture is the same.

Yep, sorry. As JO53PHS already mentioned, you've used this image already before and as it says by the rules, no old images to be used. The edit is slightly different, but same base image. So, your entry is not valid. But I'm pretty sure you could do another nice edit if you would want.
