hello racemates,

i have a problem, with fbm i can shift with my racewheel. every thing works fine. but in the gti i can't shift with the same settings.!

has anyone THE answer??

You have to lift off the throttle before you shift.

Anyway, I'm not exactly sure with this one, but...
if you've selected "shifter" settings in LFS (Shift+G) and driving the FBM (or any other car which has sequential shift) you would be able to shift with the paddle-shift. But if you've switched to the GTi (or another car with H-shift) you would have to use the H-shifter to change gears...

Again, I'm not quite sure if this is how it works (but I've had something like this before) and don't have a wheel to test it out...

Try Shift+G. If that don't work, can you tell us which wheel you use please?

All those years of education only to find out I can't read... :banghead:

In Options go to Driver menu and make sure the Gear shift mode is set to Sequential and that the Auto clutch is on.
