Don't know if this problem has been posted before, but whenever I try to start the game, and go onto the track I get a HUGE graphical environment error.

I'm running on Ubuntu 10.04, and only experienced it on Ubuntu so far.

What version of WINE are you running it in? Do you have proprietary drivers for your graphics card installed?

Wine 1.0 (was the only version available)
Already checked for drivers and they are up-to-date

Wine 1.0 is aaancient and it's likely to have problems with LFS. You can update to at least Wine 1.2 by adding "ppa:ubuntu-wine/ppa" repository to the software center. And once again, are you using proprietary or open-source drivers for your graphics card? What model/make is you graphics cars?

ATI Radeon HD5700 series (dont know exact)
Pretty sure the drivers arent open-source.
Will try that once I get my max partition size increased

Edit:
Now it keeps crashing with the following error:
The program LFS.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close.
I'll restart and if it doesn't work afterwards then I will post here again.

Works after restart and the Haze effect was indeed the problem
