Ford Focus WRC 02 for XFR
I don't think I've seen this skin around the forums so I'll request a Ford Focus WRC 02 skin for the XFR

Some pics to help:

Make it number 5 and do not include the Monte-Carlo rally badge and too
If possible, make a dirt version and/or XFG skin (though the XFR is higher priority compared to the XFR) too.
I made this one Click which is pretty similar to the your requesting, It should be pretty easy to convert/edit it to the one you posted, will have ago when i get chance

Edit: not so sure about the dirt layer, never tried one before but will have ago one.
There's a few sponsorship changes between the 2 models, easy to say that Valvoline isn't on the 02 model but I can't tell what the sponsors are on the SIDE. I know that one of them is Brembo but I can't tell what the other sponsors are
Edit: Good, a clearer picture found here: http://www.angelfire.com/retro ... st/00FordFocusSainz02.JPG
Double post, sorry
Have you started making the skin yet Gav? If so a WIP picture would be nice to see
I haven't started it yet as I was finishing another skin, will have ago at it tomorrow.

Edit: Haven't forgotten about it, just been busy hopefully be done this week
Double post from me too sorry.

Started the skin however the .psd of my old focus skin is corrupt so I'm having to do it from scratch and try and salvage what i can from the jpg.
:dnfnoob:
Can you not just get the jpg and convert it to psd or will it not be transparent by then?
Edit: Hmm... The background is hard to make transparent... Probably not possible to get the .psd
Its not possible as when in .psd I had all the logos, stripes, colours etc in seperate layers making it a little quicker to grab logos from it etc and once its in jpg it flattens/merges all the layers into one layer meaning the logos have to be seperated out from any background colours they are ontop of, were as before the were on a transparent layer, hope that makes sense

Anyway like i said made a start here's a very wip preview, many errors atm but they will be sorted in good time

Looks good
Thanks , just finishing it off, just one thing do you want this as a private skin or shall I post up here?
Quote from GAVD999 :Thanks , just finishing it off, just one thing do you want this as a private skin or shall I post up here?

I am sure there are others who want this skin so make it public please
Ok then, Skin finished and uploaded, think i got it as close as i could, there are some differences but they are down to either different shapes in the two cars and the fact that in every pic of the focus the logos/colours are slightly different. Any other errors i missed or you find let me know and I'll fix them.

Last Martini coloured skin for a while from me, i think thats 5 out of the last 6 skins i made

Its something to do with the change over to the new interiors iirc, the same reason you can no longer colour the rollcage as it is now a texture rather than a skinable area

Edit : recoloured the whole black mask to red ( skin file now looks awful but hey) and they are showing red ingame now, strange
Nice Gav.
Thanks JoZy
