ok i have the update patch for lfs p-u but im not sure where to unzip it to , i unzpped it on the main foler where everything else is but when i click the icon in the update folder it gives me this

error:
Could not open file : data\skins\XFG_DEFAULT.jpg

anyone know how to fix this?

Simply replace the missing files. I'll attach my copy to this post.

Edit: When unzipping a patch, you should just replace the files as they are in the zip, on top of your existing LFS folder.

Looks like a bad patch installation. There will likely be other files in the wrong place.
The files must not be placed in the main folder of LFS, they are supposed to be in the same dir as in the zip.

My advice would be to install the complete patch again, because like ORION said there may be other (more important) files missing.
The best way to do this is to download the patch zip file, right click on it and choose "extract all", then direct it to the main LFS folder, and choose to overwrite the files. This way, you can be sure that every file will be extracted to the correct folder.
