Also, forgot to mention this the other day:

LFSCART auto-entry this year will only apply to the team and the number, as you can see in the document. A driver MUST confirm here to their number or they won't be officially considered for the Kyoto 500.

If you are going to drive for a team that's in LFSCART and be a car that they don't have standard to the season, you'll need to use the Kyoto 500-only entry.

After the 500 there will be an entry conversion process available for those who wish to continue with LFSCART who are not in the series at this time.

Also, only numbers and their respective teams already in LFSCART will score points for the LFSCART Team and Owner's Championship. No Kyoto 500-only team will score points to team or Owner's, unless their entry is converted over then which case the points will be counted.

All drivers and nations will score points regardless of full-time LFSCART or not. Qualifying Trophy will only be eligible to those in LFSCART with perfect attendance.

I have question regarding spreadsheets. I have attended at one practice session (no.2) and haven't finished it because of my internet (obvious), but i haven't got credit for it. I think i still should have credit for attendance, i'm not listed in post above, is that some typo or is something going on? I'm number 22.

This season, by default, you must finish a session to receive credit. I will think about how to implement a way to request that your session be counted if you DNF, but that will come at a later time.

We have not yet scheduled the remaining practice sessions. The dates will be up as we do. We generally only do two or three in advance.

We post about each session when we know about it.

The Entry list will be updated overnight tonight. Decisions on incidents in Sessions 5-9 have been posted, and all entry requirements will be checked tonight, overnight.

You may not immediately see an "A" in the status column for you even if you meet the entry requirements...we will approve each driver after they meet the requirements.

No new signups for this event will be accepted after Tuesday, June 15th 2010 at 15:00 UTC.

All entry requriements must be met by 23:59 UTC on Friday, 18 June 2010. I predict that there are about 5-7 practice sessions we'll fit in before then.

No new entries are permitted. Even LFSCART drivers may no longer attach themselves to a number unless they have already participated in a session or been previously signed up properly in this thread.

You have until 23:59 UTC on Friday, 18 June 2010 to complete all entry requirements. There will be a total of 18 official practice sessions. The threads for the final three will be going up shortly.

If after I do the final check after 23:59 on Friday, you're accepted, you'll get a PM later that overnight with password for qualifying.

Double check the sign up document for any errors / omissions in number and name fields etc please.
