Try LFSLapper.

Will give you a drift scoreboard meter as standard, and (with the right command) can show you a table of best driftscores for each car/track combination.

I use it on my server - Sin'rs

LFSLapper (lapper for short) is still supported and you can set up what ever admin rights you want, or wish to give others.

Not only that, but one of the guys is busy working on writing up a Cruise option for the sim - it's available for download too.
