Is there a reason y no1 at all is ever on s2 servers am i the only one that has bought this game if anyone goes on tell me wen or answer me on this thread y no1 is ever on them

There's plenty of crowded servers on every evening and night, I don't understand your problem. Timezones and holidays come into play too, but that's unavoidable.

Are you sure you have all filters for the host list switched off?

If it looks empty now it's because it's just after 6.30pm Melbourne time. People are still on the way home from work or eating or chilling for five minutes before they turn on their PCs. Hell, maybe they're watching "Neighbours".

how do i turn off all the filters for the host list??

1) Click "ALL" on the right side of the screen (car selection column)
2) Make sure all the ones at the bottom are "YES" but you might want to turn "empty" to "NO"
3) Make sure you are using patch U

The patch version number and letter are at the bottom of the main entry screen.
If you use P or Q there will be hardly anyone online because nearly everyone has upgraded to version U.

can some1 tell me how to use the u version of this game im a bit slow lol

You just need to download the latest version from the web site, in the downloads section then unlock it again.

Had 15-20 car races all day yesterday - during the daytime! Mind you, it was a bank holiday over here in Pom-land.

It will replace outdated files. If you download the full version you will lose any texture mods you have installed, but you can get around that by downloading to a new folder, and then copy your data folder over.

i put the unzipped folder into the lfs folder locked then unlocked lfs s2 again and it still hasnt worked

About 2 minutes before I posted it (6.34pm Melbourne time). But I guess if you didn't have the right patch you wouldn't have seen them anyway

You don't want the dedicated server patch mate, that is for dedicated race server hosts.

Because your LFS install is now most likely fcuked, I advice you to start all over again and select a full download from here:

Why are you downloading the dedicated server?.

Look, how old is your LFS install?, if its recent, your best bet is to delete the whole thing, download the latest FULL install (which is U) then use that.

Go easy on the locks/unlocks there mate, you haven't got an infinite amount of unlocks.

make sure the demo works properly before you unlock.
