The new livery was previewed at the Mercedes Museum and I for one have mixed feelings about this livery.. since this is supposedly a Silver Arrow, shouldn't it have been a little more... silver??? Looks white to me. However, Germany's racing color back in the day used to be white but kinda changed to silver so I guess that's ok... maybe it's just the lighting. Excited nonetheless.

What's your opinion?

I don't like it, its too bright a shade of silver, I was hoping a darker shade with splashes of bright red or yellow like the Sauber C9s.

Especially if Mclaren reverted to a more traditional colour scheme.

I think they said McLaren will stick to the 09 livery for 2010.

Why make these new threads for new liveries? Everything is discussed in the 2010 F1 thread.

Anyways, I dont like it. It looks just terrible IMO.

I 'think' I've seen some of his work close up. it's ****ing top quality!

If they were going for a stealthy look, why didnt they just go the whole hog & paint it in asphalt grey? Looks like a half hearted attempt @ camouflage to me.

He was the one who sprayed the briljant double design BAR aswell, if you go to his shop some parts from the BAR car hang on the wall aswell
