That's a pretty big speculation there, at least for me I think the time between S3 and S4 might be the same as S2 - S3.

S3 will be improving same way like S2 was improving from patch F to patch Z25.

Yes, but because then, we would have no weather changes , no Nordschleife and no Trucks ,so the Devs decided to go on with S4 to S-End.
