Anybody know where the testpatch underforum gone? I cant seem to find it :S it it just me or is it gone?

It goes back to the forum deepest pit once testing is done.
Z test patches results is Z25, stable, so the test patch forum has no more use to Scawen.

It just means that the current patch is now officially released and there is no test patches to test. Test patch section will be back when there are new test patches.
So no, it doesn't mean S3 will be soon here.

S3 is a level of content (Rockingham + Mystery Car).

Scawen has talked about 'getting back to the physics' after releasing Z25.
Any physics updates will be applied to the game no matter what your license level.
