They're autosaving into the temp_spr file, but they're not automatically saving with proper filenames. (CTR-SamZ_AS6_BF1 etc). The temp is also being replaced rather than stored when a new race/practice/qualify starts.

I triple-checked, and Options is definitely set to [auto save - not recommended]. There aren't any single-player races stored (I counted them twice!)
