Hey Scawen;
if God is all powerful, can he make a rock so big that even he can't lift it?
If a man on a train travelling at the speed of light threw a ball toward the front of the train, would the ball be travelling faster than the speed of light?
Do you have any idea where I left my hat? I was sure I had it with me when I left that last bar...

You can of course easily modify all of the hoardings' bitmaps, replacing the LFS endorsements with your own DDSs...

You might want to drive a few kilometres in official LFS, just so it's not completely obvious that you're using a hacked copy of the game and deserve absolutely zero support from the LFS community.

It's against the forum rules to insult people, so you should just assume the worst and know that everyone here holds you in the lowest regard.

Quote from Ibtasim6781 :I'd say its because of skins, but only for the exiting pits thing.

Ps: .VOB are forbidden and surely thats what causes it.

It is only forbidden to post anything relating to vob mods (ie, pictures, video, support requests) in this forum.

What you do with the game in private is up to you, but if it breaks there's no support...

Quote from Ibtasim6781 :Curbs on Westhill and Blackwood roads are too sharp and makes your car lose control and hard to pull over.

That's actually 100% realistic. Simple fix: don't run over kerbs.

Check out the horizon in the background of this pic (ignore the circled cars - the screenshot is DANIEL-CRO's from another thread).

I see your handbrake is set to 'axis' when it should be a button... I wonder if your steering thinks it is the handbrake?

Slow day at work, so I've been catching up on a few older events that I missed, mostly due to not being born at the time...

I prefer MicroSpecV's term 'willy kerbs' - makes you less inclined to touch them XD

1. This was never an actual thing
2. This thread is 10 years old
3. Why would a demo driver need S1 cars?

So, that's a no.

Quote from Ibtasim6781 :
Also, I noticed that when normally racing, even if you drive off the track, touch the grass or go off-bounds, if you make a fast lap, it counts, when in reality it shouldn't be a valid lap because of the reasons before mentioned. Like it ignores any of these packets.

Technically, as long as you have at least two wheels on the track, ie, inside the white lines, you're still considered in-bounds. In NZ, you are only considered out of bounds if all four wheels leave the track.

No bugs to report here and everything looks fantastic, however, I do think the kerb on the exit to the right-hander at he end of the back straight should be flattened.

A lot of people use that runoff to provide space to other drivers on the inside line when exiting that corner, and I've found that those new kerbs can unsettle the car a lot if you get a tyre over them.

In one particular case, I was taking the FBM around to get a feel for it, dropped the left side tyres off the edge of the kerb as normal, and as I moved gradually back onto the track, the rear tyre caught the kerb's back edge and violently flicked the car over into the middle of the track going sideways on two wheels.

It would have meant race over for anyone behind or on the inside line from me. People I would have avoided, given a preference. The track as a whole feels a lot tighter and more dangerous now, but that bit felt a little unnecessarily dangerous...

But that's my only real gripe - the rest of the new kerbs should make things interesting in a good way, I believe.

Another tiny, minor thing; a spectator camera angle on the historic course where the cars have come out of the hairpin and are heading for the new section of track - it's down on the kerb in the chicane, miles from the action and it's only there for a split second, then it switches to the next camera. Just seemed a bit out of place...

Before posting a new thread, please read through previous posts to determine whether your idea has previously been suggested - which it has. Several times. The rest of your post seems to be for the purposes of pointless condescension and failed self-aggrandisement.

Get over yourself.
