Mika, one small thing each team channel needs to have a pw that way only server admins have acces to all channels. It wouldnt be nice if members from other teams easedropped on the competition.

Also you must, take into consideration, the 24h race, which requires doubled if not tripled man power, given the length of the race, and the fact that everyone is able to stay up 2 whole days.

Aparently the problem fixed itself, he cannot reproduce it, and all is fine now... out of the blue :| very wierd though, it was funny i was racing with him, and of the grid, he would have flats

So far, i see a bunch of posts, that are useless to what the user is asking... Either you have something important to say, or dont say it at all, this is way off topic.


He's asking if u have any tyre textures which he could replace, he didnt ask if they use slicks in D1 or if they freaking use bycicle tires.

On another note, ill try and make something based on advan or toyo.. (it would be easier if i had a good picture to look at)

Heres a thought, why dont you try leaving the tail lights, normal colors(red, maybe white (yellow light) turn signals, and white reverse lights) but, the front lights, try and give them a bluish tint, such as xenon lights 6000k-8000k

Explain how u can pop a tyre with excess load, in LFS(or even in real life).... i mean, lets be honest, the race cars have weight taken off, not put on.


in f9 view, it shows the tyres as being punctured.

Yes, it does affect racing, tyres get deflated... (they puncture) try racing with 2 flats. He tried doing that... no use, it still happens

Thats what im saying its a BUG.... all posts here, are irelevant to the situation.... Does it seem like blackwood carpark, or pits garage, have caltorps, or spikes, needles etc etc... to puncture tires?

He starts race, and his left or right side tyres deflate instantly.

This is partially the admins fault, for letting a thread like this, go on even 2 days after the race has ended.

IMO, the race ended, penalties were given, 24hrs have passed since the race, thread closed. Thus you can prevent issues reappearing over and over again, and constant debate. Because obviously Paul is on a mission to argue with everyone about everything. And by god, does that man, have a whole lot of time on his hands, i mean sheesh, he's writing novels.

Hello i have a small question, a friend recently installed LFS on his pc... When he starts the training sessions, with the XFG, as soon as the count down timer starts, his left front and left rear tyre's deflate, as if they were popped.

Same thing happens to the XRT, when he is in garage, his right front and rear tyres pop, instantly (within 2 seconds of loading)... What could it be.... see attached image.

Yes would like to personaly express my apologies for the incident at 4:23x with team 04 (1st racing), didnt expect darkone, to cut me off and my brakes were no use, to stop before he did, so i rear ended him.... Once again sincere apologies.

prodrive racing, has modified the driver list(accordingly) to fit the Admin standards/format... please be advised, post 1 has been modified.

Well per qualy session, you can have 2 admins connected... and one can monitor, the pitlane... if they see a driver not in a pit garage, that does shift p, his team will not be allowed to continue the qualification, Reason: its assumend his car is not able to finish the session.

The driver switch, can also be made, using pitstop(and not spectate + rejoin of the other driver) ... also.. if u need to rest... there are always garages, u can park your car there...(in some non ocupied or latter garages)

I really dont see the big issues... your sacrificing a bit of your freedom, (freedom which u dont have in real life) to add to the realism, of the whole league....

I mean as is... with shift p allowed... i think reset should also be allowed...

Sure I support such a session being realistic, but LFS has its limitations in many areas, so we have to do with what we have currently. I know people pit in and out because they want a 'perfect' flying lap in just one try... but I think it is too hard to enforce at the moment.

You dont.... you just make a rule enforcing.... you not to use it... only say, in extreme situations..... As is.. shift P is being abused of.... everyone pitting.. to get that one great lap.... :|

Im glad... you guys support, my idea... it would be a very nice addition to MOE... even if, it removes approx 15-20 mins, from your qual time.

And i know that this cant be implemented this race.... but it would be nice to see it next race.
A small suggestion, to improve realism

Hello everybody, and if this has already been discussed, my sincere apologies. Seeing as how Masters of Endurance is such a realistic, and prestigeous league, and seeing as how the level of seriousness is at an all time high. I wanted to get your opinion , in regards to a situation in the qualifying rounds.
Since, most of the procedures in MOE, are implemented from the real life, why not, during qualifications, why not disallow the shift P method, to pitstop for tyres... Why not make it more realistic by forcing drivers to make an actual pitstop to change tyres fuel and repair. That imo, would be a rather interesting feat, rather realistic... because lets be honest, its not fun.. to see cars dissapearing and reapearing, in different parts of the track.. also you prevent the all important "pitted, has left the pits" messages being replaced by "has made a pitstop" thus you add a much better and finer touch to the qualification sessions... and on small tracks you can get some cars off the track freeing it up.... (for other drivers)... Because u have say, 30% of cars, constantly making a pitstop, to change tyres, so it helps.. the crowdedness. Id like to ask that you dont flame... its just a suggestion... something i would like to see in future MOE races... even if this method... removes say 15-20 mins of qualy time... every session.

You mention the 24 hour race of Aston, which aston will that be? Or is it the same as last season, Aston Grand Prix.

I for once...(as my driving experience) want to congratulate the GT1 drivers for doing a very good job overtaking me, while i was racing, trying to do my best... (i know i wasnt the cleanest driver) yet all gt1 cars, made everything possible, not to cause collisions, and i tried to make way, when possible.... however one of my team mates wasnt so fortunate... as he was rear ended but a GT1 car... after letting 1 GT1 pass, him... he came back on the ideal line, not knowing that there was another gt1, which used him as a brake. Anyway... it was only one incident... im sure.. that if we all just tried to be more speed eager, and thought twice about our paths, and movements... it can be safer for all cars. I have seen other GT2 cars get battered by GT1, but in my case they were very safe. Seems i got a protective AURA around my car :P
