Another year has passed.

Hi all,
some of you might remember the 4x4 Rallyfun Cups back in December 2008 and Summer 2009.

We have decided to make this a permanent server.

Server Name: TDRT 4x4 Rallyfun
Cars: TBO & XRG/XFG

Join in for some quick rally races. It´s not too serious, but a lot of fun.
Car setup´s you´ll get online, but it´s not at all about car sets.

Problem in deed is, that you can start a LFS server with the same port number of an already running server. The server error message: "TCP bind : socket fail" will be shown, but otherwise it will go online.

3x same server name on the LFS game server list.
Looks correct and copies my server settings at LFSWorld.
Started them with DediGUing. I´ll leave them online. Pictures attached.

We had it on our TDRT Public Endu server for a short period of time.
Using the airio race time feature, the F12 info will show all racers very wrong readings as well as you´ll see laps instead of ( remaining) race time. You as well won´t know when on your last lap until you as race leader have entered the last lap or sb. else in front of you has won the race, AFAIR. Too confusing and too many questions from the racers about it on the server resulted in going back to the good old laps based races. But oc, Void could give it a try and see how this would turn our to be on this very server.

Some news about "The Old Red TARD´s":
Eleven TDRT members will remain in our team, looking again for all the fun LFS offers more then a top league.
FXR will remain TDRT´s car, the FZR/XRR are cars we want to beat on the tracks, but not race in.
Age becomes a more important factor for joining TDRT. 18 years minimum without any exceptions in future.

Leagues and Events:

With FZR drivers taking alternatives, we had to withdraw from the ongoing MoE season. LTCC and GTAL we are/will be participating in.

Time will show, if these actually are some good news for us.

TDRT will have to withdraw from the ongoing MoE season 09/10...

Some happenings are very difficult to describe but the question for TDRT at the very end was to draw a line now or to continue with another season of: "Rescue me, I´m a FZR driver".
I´m sorry to put another workload on the adminside of MoE and wish all entered teams another great season.
