That is true, I don't use bluetooth. It's strange that there's classic device manager and all the centers in desktop mode, but bluetooth requires metro.

You said that Linux lacks software for work. It depends on what work. If someone is forcing you to use Windows, then of course it lacks your software.

And if you boot directly to desktop and use desktop applications, how exactly does metro bother you? When do you have to interact with it? Because I never had to.

What is "real software for work"? All I did on my uni I did on Linux, including my diploma thesis and I see absolutely no problem to work on Linux, except failing to install it 4x in a row and installing graphic driver 3x resulting in login/logout black screen, also not supporting my CPU and keep core i5 on 800mhz constantly no matter what, but I'm sure many people don't have hardware problems.

Short trip with my new RX100. I'm really impressed with the image quality. High ISO performance is not so good, but at base 125 ISO and adequate aperture (visible diffraction starts at f/7,1), the sharpness and dynamic range are very good, much better than my former Canon 30D. Looking at unprofiled RAW image (this is bottom lef corner of the true raw image camera records https://mediacru.sh/Qjq08NDdJfq9 - remember, compact cameras apply lens correction, as the raw editing software does, this is visible in software which does not support my camera), I'm surprised the camera handles the lens correction so well. No visible vignetting and CA visible only on extreme corners. Anyway, here's a sample:

Tried to fix my DFP wheel gears backlash. In some recent sims it gets extremely annoying - while driving straight the force feedback slightly moves the wheel left-right, the wheel includes the backlash and starts rotating for 10° left-right while driving fkin straight.

Looked like an easy task, I failed my mission and not even I was not able to fix the gears at the FF motor, I also, don't even know how, destroyed the DC connector. Bought new, fixed, good to go again. Including the terrible wheel.
