well said becky, i agree it works in formula palmer audi, i think on fpa it gives you a 10 second boost unless you lift of the throttle or change gera(eith up or down) so really is strategic, and lol about the plato bit

very true trebor, if that is the case the clio levels may drop and the clio cup get pelaced in the suport timetable, hopefully by the legends, because tbh i think they would be a great btcc support series, although i do like the clios

no thats the press the shutter and it waits 2/20 secs before taking the pic , to do time lapse( what you were talking about) you normally need to uses ateathered system, the canon one for example has a time plase system.

as for the remotes does anyone know if the cable release that fits the 450d has a lock?

lol im just about to go out to this karting event im shooting this evening and its bit dreary and has been raining and drizzling on and off today so i hope it done rain too much becuse the 450d aint o ringed or anything. i cant even use the stick the camera in a plastic bag, cut a whole in it and elastic ban it to the end of the lens trick becasue my lens' front element rotates on focus, grr if only i had the money for a proper lens lol

tbh i think the bigger bit is better if bigger only means the size of the current saloons and applying to the hatches because i cant see for example a honda civic liking a 300+bhp turboed engine to much, it is unstable enough as it is, ban the hatch lol

richbrook do some nice stuff like gearknobs and gaithers, generic and tailored, unfortunatly the tailored stuff is only for cool cars like vauxhalls :P

Quote from Luke.S :I would probably mess up like topgear and only use half the parts.

Quote from DragonCommando :That would be paradise for me, just spending hours building the car from the ground up.

I did that with a bike once, but its not as time consuming, not enough parts.

same, love the idea of building a kit car of any type

well if you include all their sub comapnies i would say the insignia is definatly a very good new car from gm

i see what your saying about snow but if you have a 4wd/rwd in snowy conditions uyou would use 4wd anyway .

and lol atn the bit about sensing slip, yh shouldnt be slipping in the first place, you need the traction control but in conjuction with a normal 4wd system. the landrover discovery 2 can be a very formidable offroad tool because on some of them they have traction control and centre difflock on a normal 4wd system

i stand corrected on the fwd/4wd front then , never heard of one like that tbh, to me it makes more sence to have it as a rwd/4wd

as sam said its the rear wheels, i dont know of and 4x4s that put power to the front wheels in 2wd mode.

as for 4wd being bad if on the road that only apies if there is no centre differential, land rovers for example have a centre diff and permanant 4wd. as for running in 4wd low, low ration settings on transfer boxes are usualy very low, i know they are on the land rovers and are not usable for everday driving

gm have/had the BL syndrome, too big, there are too big to survive this sort of thing. ford were smart when the got rid of jaguar land rover because they knew they were too big to support themselves as the recession set it. im just happy opel/vauxhall are gonna be ok, vauxhall have been doing ok compared to other car makes in britian, and anyway i need a job lol
