Unfortunately i have been left no choice, I can no longer take the abuse that i get in this thread. People are much more to the point and actually tend to write with respect in their support tickets.

In terms of not answering support tickets.. If the issue has been solved. i do not reply to them, If you have an issue that is affecting only you, you will find that it is replied to.

If more respect is shown in this thread, then i will be happy to continue to offer information and support. but if its just to Bash myself or 500Servers, then im not going to listen.

Sorry i have not been responding, I went away to my dads for the weekend (thought i could enjoy a couple of days with him after spending so much time trying to fix things) I cannot believe that the CP has failed.. AGAIN!!.

@Mustang. For the time-being, if you can type /insim=11223 that will change your insim port to 11223 so you can use it for other applications etc. And will mean that Airio will not be interupting the race as it will not be able to connect.

(feel free to pick a different port number between 19000 - 20000 if u wish)

@Tomba, will look into why your server is down and get back to you A.S.A.P

Databases are up to date, I restored all the databases from the night the server crashed (with the data that was on the hard drive that failed). The stuff that Mustang is missing is simply wordpress install files,

If you simply reinstall your wordpress site just put in your database details and it should be in place.

I said i would try to get your full user-file and i will still try to do that. the ETA is 3 weeks from now (im not going to risk saying when i actually expect it, for fear of being shot).

As for cpanel, try it with normal http (http://84.45.52.140:2082) or use the cpanel.500servers.com address

I dont see any errors... Im assuming they only show up to logged in administrators? (Debug mode?)

These are not the main name servers (although they will eventually resolve).

Your nameservers should be set to:

ns1.500servers.net 84.45.52.140
ns2.500servers.net 84.45.52.142

They will be up when the rest is up,

Last couple of gigs transfering over now, (15 minutes remaining). Will just need to do some configurations and then it will be running.

alot of corrupt files from the old drive. im going to use the original backup and just copy over the current databases so forums etc are up to date. sorry its taking a long time guys. dong this as quick as i can.

Update: Managed to retrieve all the data from the old drive now, Sticking it all on the new drive now. So one by one sites should start to come back online over the next few hours.
