Audio-Technica ATH-M50
IMO looking fine for mp3 player and computer. Am I right?

Do Impedance (ohms) is important when you want to choose headphones for using them with mp3 player or computer?
If some headphones have 250 ohms it means they can't be used without amp?
Same question about max input power of headpones. - More power means that I can't use them with low end player?

dude...
Thx for help but it's not the case.
I've already tried LR too because it has updated Airio like IHR

Do you really think I have it disabled?
Why would anyone set auto clutch on and axis clutch?
Don't bother if you're not Airio "guru" or from IHR
Problem is not in my lfs, computer whatever which is mine.
It's something wrong in Airio in IHR server
Reporting problem with IHR server

I can't join race because I get spectated because of bad car setup -> button clutch
I have got axis clutch. I can join only when I've got a car with autoclutch or I turn on autoclutch in settings.
I don't what can make this prob exactly but I'm sure it's because of Airio.
I use mouse + 3 pedals set -> this might be problem but it wasn't recently.

I want to buy parts what pc needs just to start and I don't want to buy some part which I will have to change in some time (like ram memory for example).
Now I've got radeon 9600. Is it better than onboard gfx in mobo I wan't to buy?
If onboard gfx is not worse than my actual gfx card I want to stay with it because of low budget and then buy some proper gfx instead of buying "any" card and then upgrading it. I hope it's clear.

I need help with choosing HDD because I don't know anything about them.

Little change of plan happend
I've decided to buy ASUS M4A89GTD PRO
I'll stay with onboard gfx card because I play only lfs so I won't need better gfx and I'll stay on lower budget.
Is it worth to buy ram with lower CL?
I was thinking about 2000MHz CL9. What will give me CL8?

i have decided to not buy gfx card ;-)
all i need to know more is which hdd should i choose.

then how about this GIGABYTE GA-785GMT-USB3 AMD785G
I chose this because of this Dual Channel DDR3 1800+ and this PCI-EX 2.0 x16

Ok then so I know what's all about with gfx.
What do you think about this mobo
ASUS M4A79XTD EVO AM3 DDR3 RAID/CROSS FIRE ATX
It doesn't have integrated gfx but it's not a problem
It cost not much so I like it

I've found cheap'n'old SAPPHIRE RADEON 4550 512MB PCIE (new)
IMO it should be enough.
I don't really play games (only lfs but it's simulator )
I need this system for editing photos, maybe video editing too so I don't need brand new series gpu right?

But this is AM2 mobo. I want AM3 so I'll buy some used pci-e gfx for am3 mobo.
I'm building this comp from my own money that I earn so it's not a problem that it's going to be more expensive.
I will have to wait a little longer (month or two) to buy all stuff
Do 550W PSU will go with 4core processor with single gfx card? (in future I don't want to buy another psu because I want to change cpu)

Thanks for reply
I've got Radeon 9600 but it's AGP. Do I need PCI-Express gfx card for my new comp?
If I could stay with my old ati it would be good for my budget.
I don't have specified budget on any sort of stuff for computer.
I just want to spend not much money on it
Just have to have specs like I said in first post
Building a pc (help needed)

I want to build a new computer.
My actual system can't get any better.
So I want to build an AM3 socket computer.
I don't have big budget so I thought I'd buy a motherboard which can use double and quadruple core processors. (I can buy cheap x2 processor and after some time better processor with 4 cores)
So recommend me a motherboard like I said.

I've found this CPU AMD Athlon II X2 240 / 2.8 GHz - Socket AM3 - L2 2 MB ( 2 x 1 MB ) - Box

It would be a lot faster than my actual so I don't really need a better one atm.

RAM memory I'll buy
2048MB / 1600MHz / DDR3 because of low budget and I'll expand it in future.

Power supply... I don't know how much power it should have to last for some years when I'll make this comp faster (cpu, gfx card...)
So recomend me a power supply.

And GFX card...
I have completely no idea which is good, fast etc...
Ati or nVidia I don't really care. Must be low budget and reasonably good.

And I forgot about HDD
I really don't need HUGE disk.
It HAVE TO be unbreakable (I mean to don't broke by itself)
I'd rather buy second disk if I'll need more space so ~250GB is my prefer.

Quote from bbman :What? Toe doesn't change with speed, unless you have aerodynamic devices acting on the suspension...

Toe in is often used to make a particular end of a car more compliant over bumps and undulations... As the tyres are pointed inwards, they provide a stabilizing force when the tyres regain traction...

You can also use toe to alter the handling of a car (should be the last resort though) as you can make one end deliberatly more or less unstable... In addition, adding toe out to the front is a cheap alternative to ackerman geometry if that isn't available...

But be aware that by angling the tyres inwards/outwards, you will increase friction (thus hurting your top speed) and tyre wear on every straight so you wouldn't want any more toe than absolutely necessary...

First useful post in "general LFS discussion" this year for me.
Thanks

Quote from Danny LFS :Attached is a replay of me doing a 1:14.9 in my free time (HLVC Verified).
See what I'm doing right and wrong, and I'll try to fix that.

Thanks in advance,

Danny.

I've played your replay to check if there's something wrong with your racing line but there's much bigger problems than just a racing line...
1. Use manual gearbox
2. Why do you use ps2 joypad if you don't use advantages wich it gives you?
Try not to steer like: forward then full lock then forward and full lock...
Maybe you need to calibrate your controler or just learn to turn more slowly.
Fastest ps2 joypad BL2 racer is Barn - ask him about using this controler. (He's quite friendly. And you can tell him that I sent you to him for help)
Usually he's racing at [AA] Rallycross GTI server.
If you'll get everything from above try next step wich is proper racing line.
Try this example: http://www.lfsworld.net/get_spr.php?file=28151 (It's my hotlap)
Save it to LFS\data\spr
On this track it's very important to know where to change gears. Learn it from my replay.
I'll try to find a setup for newbies on bl2/xfg (it's not any shame to use it because fast racer can make a really fast time with it. really)

Hi,

I have found this great Basketball game that lets us compete in private
Group Leagues.

Groups let you compete with groups of friends. It is not required to play at
the same time. The game records your performances and manages group
rankings.

Just follow this link:

See you there!
