Check your MTU Size. When your MTU is set too high some Packets flow through the line and some not. This leads exactly to what you have.

Search the Web on how to set the MTU (Maximum Transfer Unit) Size in Windows Registry. IMHO it´s set to 1492 and you need a lower one (i.e. 1412).

I had a similar Problem in my Company when my Provider changed his SDSL Lines. After applying the correct MTU Size in my Firewall Boxes it worked flawless again.

Yeah, I am sure too that it´s not real. I had a few other Videos where a Guy exchanged the Sounds and put in a Audi Quattro Sport Rallye. It was perfectly matched with shifting and looked damn good.

The Video mentioned above reminds me to some of these sick Japan Videos where they race with some insanely tuned Skylines :-)

I am not sure if we really need "prepainted" Tracks. When I race Online on a Server, the Track gets covered with REAL Skidmarks over time. And after a few Laps / Races you can clearly spot where the Braking zone starts (and where somebody went off ). So the Track surface "lives" and I like it very much as it is now.
