Well i managed to get my new system up and running nothing special but seeing as it cost me all of £60 + parts from old machine i am happy

New stuff
Intel Core 2 Quad Slacr 2.4ghz should be able to get it to atleast 3ghz on air with tunig tower 120
Corsair Dominator 4gig Ram going to set at 1066mhz
Gigabyte G31M-ES2L Motherboard

Old stuff
Audigy 2 soundcard
320gig sata hdd will also add 60gig ssd in the new year
Geforce 7600GT which will also get upgraded in new year


All in all just happy i have it up and running

To go with my q6600 quad core slacr chip and Corsair Dominator 4GB ram + tuniq tower 120 i bought few weeks back for £50. Fingers crossed it arrives tomorrow so i can throw it alltogether and start clocking the q6600 to 3ghz+. All i need now is a new gfx card as i think the 7600gt i have now is a bit shit

Little update on one of my photos . I passed on this photo



to a friend who wanted to send it in with his story to the daily mail couple days ago and well yesterday it was used in the paper . He has also told me i will be getting a cash payment for the photo so thats a bonus i just have to w8 a couple weeks. Fist time i have every had a photo printed in anything

Manaed to get the sound working alot better after updating a couple things but now the only cars that sound wrong are the group b monsters .

yeah alot lot less . Came out of a machine built by overclockers.co.uk we upgraded it to i7 8 gig ddr3 and new motherboard and i offered the gent a cheeky £50 for it and that was that also got the abit board ip35 pro motheroard but i think its dead.

Afternoon all

Installed this yesterday and the RSRBR2010 mod with all updates and full car pack but i seem to be having some issue with sound, it just does not sound right in some of the cars and i am not sure what the problem is.
I get some clicking from time to time and the engine sound does not sound right on and off the throttle anybody else on here had any issue or know off any issues?

Also does anyone know good settings for steering i use a momo racing wheel and pedals many thanks Billeh
