Yesterday evening was held the Ligue FR's 8th round, with a classic combo of Live For Speed : Aston National Reverse with the XFR.
It's GUM|||KingOfIce that signed the pole position in front of AR_DLV after the pre-qualifications. GUM|||Derinus was due to start 3rd, but he couldn't make it this monday. So it's W/L.Rydh who's got the 3rd place, in front of GUM|||Donald, NFR-Proxima, GUM|||Daf and Sosoye. Note that [MRc]jsk, 8th, had to be missing too, held back in the Retro Cup.

At the start of the race, DLV took the best of KingOfIce already at the first corner and flew away. In his back, the fight raged with almost half of the grid in a compact group. Once the ice machine was settled, KingOfIce went to get back the leadership to DLV after a battlen and then started to build a gap. But then DLV had all the hards tasks of the world to keep his podium.
KingOfice won the race all alone, without any true contenders. In the end, it's Donald who took the second place, bringing GUM Garage another 1-2. L.Rydh took the last step on the podium, in front of Proxima. Racer leader for a moment, podium holder for another, DLV must unfortunately has to settle with only a 5th place. Sosoye, System, LeManchot, Tomfuel and Geraxi are completing the top 10 in a grid that saw 17 racers.
It's now time to focus on the LFS Endurance Series' shakedown (round 0) that will be held this Saturday at Kyoto, before going to sandblast the FXR at Fern Bay for the next League race the 21st October.
