when i try and bind accelerate or turn nothing happens its as if my wheels not plugged in but it is and its working on other games 2

When you are done with the steps, assign axes like this:


You should see the bars on the right move, as you move the pedals or steer the wheel. If you do see them moving on the right side, you can start assigning axes by clicking the function first (steer/throttle/brake) on the left side, then click the appropriate axis on the right side to complete the binding.
