EU New guy to LFS looking for a league to get some races done.
Hi, I am new to the game. Some people were talking about it on discord and I was having shit after shit iracing races so I was like **** it, i don't wanna waste another tenth of a second on iracing. Decided to download LFS after watching some videos. Looks good to me. Try it, okey, this is fun!
I am a little lost at the moment with th server selection and all that stuff. I was hoping to join some sort of league to get some proper racing done. In regards to skill I am a 2k irating racer in iracing. So I am not super fast, but I can keep up quite well.
As for licences I haven't upgraded from demo yet. But if the league requires it, I will.
First: You need good set up!You can find that here: https://www.lfs.net/files/setups Try to run at Blackwood under 1:35.00 with XFG, Some people use mouse for playing, if u press "n" key, you can see it at the right bottom, press another times and you have only name upper the car, press again and you be at the default configuration. The best server for playing everyday is : [AA]DEMORACING or [MRC]DEMORACING or something else.On the demo server there is somtimes a little kids who play or crashers... In [S1-S2 or S3 licence] you have not this problem, only if you choose it.If you choose an S2 licence, try [AA]Multiclass racing, you begin with a UF (similar to mini) and you win points. After some points you unlock some car in the server.Train yourself before! If u choose a good staff you can try to join [GUM] GARAGE!
thank you NENE87! valuable tips.

There's a calendar of LFS racing leagues: https://www.lfs.net/leagues/calendar - most require at least S2 licence, some - already S3. Considering you'we already been in iRacing, paying for racing is nothing new for you,but here's a shocker for you - after purchasing licence, there will be no other costs! No subscriptions as LFS licence is one time payment and you're ready to go.
Some leagues might require minimum pace,in some more populated you just need to be in best 40 to qualify for the race, but generally - as long as you're a clean trouble free racer, there won't be problems to race in leagues. Saying this as I have no clue what does 2k irating mean. Some leagues simply use Rules of Clean Racing as guideline, some have more specific ruleset, just read info in the leagues section you can access from calendar link.

you can join GUM GARAGE at https://discord.gg/8vbB25V no matter your level, just drive clean and fair. english spoken areas. we organize Cups and events. Wink
and also the website : www.gumgarage.editboard.net
Thanks for the discord invite. Just wanted to let you know that the editboard.net link isn't working.
You are welcome to join AirAttack racing servers, as said above, Multiclass is one of those, where you fight for your points to climb through upper classes of cars, more powerful and fun to drive. There is also Porsche Cup which offers S3 mode and mods to play with, it gets messy sometimes haha. You can read more about [AA] on this link - https://airattackteam.com/
Thank you guys , I apreciate it!
