I can drift pretty well with hot tires, but the second I attempt a transition I end up spinning out and looking like an idiot. How can I prevent that? I'm using mouse and keyboard to drift.
Swing over the steering earlier. You have to kinda match the angular velocity of the car with your steering and slow it down after the transition. It takes some pratice with mouse. I suggest turning off any deadzone, mouse acceleration and running a low sensitivity.
