Your texture mate. Reinstall LFS if you cannot find the original texture dds

You should disable your car shadows

Are those concrete slabs? If so then that's normal. Concrete slabs flicker when they are joined together, because LFS
If not, then try reinstall LFS and see if it still happens.

Looks like this to me. You can alter them (layout permitting) so that the slabs do not have surface in the same place as another. IE, if you've got a road surface, make the slabs touch each other but not overlap.

Your game look like trash already so car without shadows don't ruin the view more..
