You don't have to create anything,just buy S1 licence in https://www.lfs.net/shop and you'll get a ready dragstrip at Autocross environment,both 2-lane and 8-lane dragstrips! Also with S1 licence you will have access to layout editor,where you can create dragstrips on any track you find suited!
It's a commercial world - if you wan't something,you'll have to pay,for free is either demo or a piece of cheese in mousetrap.

You cannot create a another map in LFSlapper.
Btw if want to create layouts ( playing autoX objects) you need own atleast an S1 license, which you dont have.
